OPS was founded by Radoslav Savkov BA, CPP, MSyI, M.ISRM, an established international security professional with over 20 years of operational experience, serving many high-profile individuals and organisations. These include members of Royalty, Governmental Organisations, CEOs, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Diplomats and Celebrities. Radoslav is a member and holder of qualifications from the most reputable and recognised international security organisations, such as The Security Institute UK, the American Society of Industrial Security International  (ASIS), and The Institute of Strategic Risk Management.
